Our team is trained to listen carefully and respond promptly, politely and impartially to complaints; the practice would never respond defensively or discriminate against a patient, especially one who has made a complaint. Our team receives regular training in handling the review, procedure and management of complaints so that our service can be continually improved based on your valuable feedback.
